Altitude London signs up molecular caterer Bubble Food

Thames-side media and entertainment complex Altitude London has become the first venue in Europe to sign a molecular caterer.

Bubble Food is now the only caterer in the UK able to offer an entire molecular range, from canapés and bowl food through to a more formal fine-dining experience.

Its menu includes nitrogen-poached matcha tea and grapefruit mousse, quail trifle in a jar with foie gras, morel mushrooms, maury jelly and figs, and Cuban cigar panna cotta. The cocktail list includes caiprinha bubbles with blue raspberry candy floss.

Peter Kerwood, Altitude London's marketing director, said: "We are delighted to have Bubble Food on board. They are the undisputed leaders when it comes to molecular cuisine, creating unprecedented gastronomic and sensory experiences that bring the ‘wow factor' to any event.

"By adding Bubble Food to our existing list of specialist suppliers, such as Kosher and Indian caterers, we will be able to offer our clients an unrivalled range of culinary options."
