An exciting opportunity to work in partnership with Kent County Council to develop a fully commercial Hotel Training School.
A new supplier/partner/contractor through European Contract Notic Ref: [ 2011-135473 ]
To manage, maintain, operate develop and remodel the existing Oakwood House Hotel into a fully functioning commerical training hotel, spa and signature restaurant.
the hotel has benefited from capital investment over the last 5 years and expiry of the existing contract provides an exciting opportunity to develop the site to its full potential through a long-term concession agreement.
