Andy Harris joins ISS Group commercial team

Former Restaurant Associates boss Andy Harris is set to join ISS Group as head of group business development.

He will take up his new position with the company, which is led by group chief commercial officer Andrew Price, on 1 November.

Price said: "The ISS value proposition is based on understanding what drives our customers' business success, how our services support our customers in achieving their purpose, and in ensuring highest levels of motivation and engagement among our employees in delivering customer value.

"Andy Harris has a tremendous track record in building great teams that grow customer and consumer satisfaction, and he has considerable industry experience and knowledge of key market segments. He will undoubtedly add significant value to the execution of the ISS philosophy."

Most recently Harris was managing director of Compass Group's UK executive dining business Restaurant Associates. He was succeeded by current MD James Boyle in August 2014.

Harris added: "I am delighted and honoured to be joining ISS, I believe the organisation has an exciting future based on a very ambitious vision and a clear execution strategy, I'm really looking forward to making my contribution to ISS' future success and can't wait to get started."
