Anton Edelmann joins Digby Trout as consultant

Digby Trout Restaurants, the public catering arm of contract caterer Elior, has appointed Anton Edelmann as consultant chef and original founder Digby Trout to a consultancy role.

The senior team is complemented by concessions divisional director Adam Elliott and marketing director Sandra Parkinson.

Roe said: "We are entering a new and important phrase of growth. What better time to bring back one of the industry's leading lights, and our very own founder, to be part of that growth."

Digby Trout Restaurants, which became part of Elior in 2005, provides catering at Hampton Court Palace, Edinburgh Castle and the Tower of London.
