Aramark wins £5m Bletchley Park catering contract

Aramark has won a £5m contract at Bletchley Park, home to UK code breakers during World War II.

The five year deal has an option to extend for a further two and commences next month.

The contract caterer will assume operation of the Café in Hut 4, which serves individual visitors and group bookings. Hut 4 was a code breaking hut during World War II.

A new café within the visitor centre is planned for 2014 and Aramark will also manage Bletchley Park's on-site group booking services.

Eddie Fairish, sales director, Aramark said: "This is a great name to be working with and it's a privilege to bring our services to a site so important in modern British history.

"There's so much for people to see and do at Bletchley Park and we'll help make sure they have a great day out."
