Arena video: Arena's Face-to-Face interview with Alastair Storey

Last week saw hospitality industry networking organisation Arena's latest Face-to-Face networking event take place at the Dorchester hotel on London's Park Lane.

Guests were treated to a sit-down meal and ITN's Alastair Stewart interviewing Alastair Storey, chief executive of the UK's largest independent contract caterer BaxterStorey (BS).

It was the ninth time Stewart had put questions to leading hospitality executive and talking point's included Storey's original decision to go it alone, his thoughts on the current business climate, vision for BS and the development and future of contract catering as an industry.

Arena's next event will take place on the 9 June with John Vincent and Henry Dimbleby, co-founders of healthy fast-food chain Leon Restaurants taking the stage.
