Bartlett Mitchell announces series of senior appointments

Bartlett Mitchell has announced a series of senior appointments as the group looks to drive growth.

James Greetham has joined the catering company as strategic business development director, Russell Scanlon as director for the northern region and Neil MacLaurin as a non-executive director.

Greetham, formerly of Compass Group's Restaurant Associates, will lead the development team at Bartlett Mitchell pushing forward sustainable growth.

In a newly created role, Scanlon will be responsible for the company's operational and business development activity in the Midlands and north while MacLaurin will support the board with governance, strategic and commercial guidance.

MacLaurin has owned and managed numerous FTSE 100 and private businesses, and created F&B offers across sport and leisure venues.

The caterer has also appointed Matthew Fox as business development manager.

Founder Wendy Bartlett said: "I am delighted to welcome these incredibly talented people into our BM family. We have always worked hard to ensure that we constantly invest in our business, and people are a critical part of that process.

"As one of the only truly independent businesses, we are pleased that more clients are looking to us to help them provide their businesses with a food offer they can be proud of.

"We know that, in order to keep growing in a sustainable way, we need to find people whose values are aligned to ours. Our fundamentally foodie values aren't just a piece of marketing, they define everything we do. That's why we invest a lot of time and resource to recruit and retain the very best people in our sector. We are incredibly proud to make these appointments and we're looking forward building on our already amazing business operations."
