Bartlett Mitchell bags two Springboard Awards

Over 600 people attended the 2011 Springboard Awards for Excellence at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge last night, in a ceremony that saw contract caterer Bartlett Mitchell pick up two gongs for New Media and Best Employer.

Other winners included:

Young People Award: The Langstone hotel, Portsmouth
Best Recruitment Initiative: Charles Wells Pub Company
Ambassadors Award: Elaine Bowers, the Lowry
Best Career Progression Award: The Cavendish London and SSP
The Best Chef Strategy: Hilton Worldwide
Best Management Strategy: Crieff Hydro
Diversity in Employment: The Clink Charity
Education Pipeline Award: Chewton Glen hotel & spa
Best Regional Initiative: Hilton in the Community Foundations
Best Student Placement Provider: Park Plaza County Hall
Best Food and Beverage Strategy: Ed's Easy Diner
Retention Award: The Orchid Group
Corporate Responsibility Award: Elior UK
Chris Beaumont Award: Heiko Figge FIH, Guoman & Thistle Hotels
The Springboard Chairman's 21st Anniversary Award: Danny Pecorelli and the team at Exclusive Hotels
