BaxterStorey launches 2013 graduate training programme

BaxterStorey's parent company Westbury Street Holdings (WSH) launched its 2013 Momentum Graduate Programme with a eight new starters.

Now in its third year, the programme has seen 73% of its previous graduates move into management positions within the business.

The nine-month training scheme will see this year's all-female intake fulfil the role of catering managers in a bid to give them the practical and theoretical experience to eventually become operations managers.

Graham Eveleigh, head of skills development at WSH, said the company's future growth is highly dependent on the training, education and job opportunities it offers to young people.

"So it's really important that we champion young talent and help develop the next generation of managers within the industry," he added.
