BaxterStorey retains five-year University of the Arts deal
BaxterStorey has retained its contract with the University of the Arts London (UAL),
The five-year deal will see the caterer serving 20,000 full-time and 20,000 part-time students at the university, having beaten off a challenge from seven other caterers.
Rick Holroyd, executive director for BaxterStorey, said: "We are thrilled to be reappointed for a second contract term. UAL has provided us with great experience in this important sector and our drive for fresh food, applying sustainable practices and delivering an elevated customer experience will be the foundations of this contract for the next five years."
Hamish Clifton, commercial director for UAL, added: "This contract provides a wonderful opportunity for both parties to build on the successes achieved to date and to set the bar for multi-campus higher education catering in the UK. BaxterStorey has set out an exciting agenda which will deliver tangible benefits for our students and staff."
