BaxterStorey wins Paddy Power Betfair deal
BaxterStorey has won the contract to deliver catering at Paddy Power Betfair, taking over from incumbent caterer Charlton House, part of CH&Co.
After a review of the catering at its Hammersmith site, Paddy Power Betfair has handed the contract to BaxterStorey, who already serve employees at its Dublin headquarters.
The caterer will provide food services in the on-site restaurant as well as a selection of tapas style menus for meeting hospitality services from July 2017.
According to an email to staff at Paddy Power Betfair, BaxterStorey will also be expanding the food services in the staff restaurant to include a new salad bar, while its barista's will be using Modern Standard coffee beans roasted in London to enhance the coffee experience.
The contract win follows a hat-trick of major B&I wins for the caterer, after it secured a contract with PwC - where it ousted Aramark in a multimillion-pound deal - along with a deal at Amazon's new headquarters at Principal Place in London EC2 and a hospitality contract for Deutsche Bank in London.
