Beale Park: Provision of catering services

Tender for the provision of Visitor Catering Services at Beale Park, Nr Pangbourne, Reading.

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified organisations (or individuals) for the provision of public catering services at the above venue. The contract shall be awarded by November 2009 to commence in February 2010 and is expected to run for an initial term of between three and five years.

Beale Park is a well established 350 acre wildlife park with Model Boat Museum, small train and gardens situated by the River Thames near Pangbourne. The Park attracts in the region of 120,000 to 150,000 per season and is operated by the Child Beale Trust charity.

The air-conditioned Peacock Restaurant, purpose built five years ago, is situated within the heart of the Park offering hot and cold meals, snacks, beers, soft drinks, hot beverages and ice cream to visitors, members and pre-booked groups.

Caterers who currently operate at least one similar fixed site venue are invited to apply for the pre-qualification and initial tender submission pack.
