BHA reveals full Hospitality and Tourism Summit programme

The British Hospitality Association (BHA) has revealed full details of the programme for the Hospitality and Tourism Summit 2013.

The 11 June event will include an address from employment minister Mark Hoban on the industry's jobs pledge, IHG chief executive Richard Solomon's perspective on the industry's place in a global marketplace and a look to the future from Willie Walsh, chief executive of International Airlines Group.

The second Hospitality and Tourism Summit will examine how to deliver on the Olympic legacy and unlock the industry's potential for job creation, while also challenging decision makers to back hospitality and build Britain's competitiveness.

BHA chief executive Ufi Ibrahim said: "The BHA is the agenda-setter of the hospitality and tourism industry and the Summit is the industry's opportunity to come together and speak to government with a united voice and ensure that they listen and act upon our agenda for growth."
