Buffet boosters from Figgjo
Scandinavian manufacturer Figgjo has expanded the line-up of buffet products it sells in the UK through Continental Chef Supplies. The Orient-inspired Figgjo Bonsai is a mix-and-match line of three individually designed rectilinear units that can be arranged on a Figgjo Form or Figgjo Platform to serve dressings, condiments, oils, or side dishes. They come with capacities of 50cl, 17.5cl or 7.5cl. Also new are two smaller sizes in the Figgjo Svai range of plate/bowl combinations, each with elevated centres. In addition, Figgjo has boosted its Arena Form range of buffet items with a smaller rounded rectangular unit that can hold 17.5cl capacity, along with a new, three-strong line shaped liked teardrops that offers capacities of 100cl, 30cl and 10cl.
