Buttery choice from Pritchitts

Pritchitts has introduced two new packaging styles to its range of award-winning butters to meet caterers' needs for both front and back of house. For the former, it is now offering salted butter in individual plastic pots with lids sold in boxes of 100. For the kitchen, it has 250g packs of salted butter wrapped in parchment available in packs of 40. In both cases the butter - 13-times winner of the Irish Read Cup for quality butter - has a shelf life of 180 days refrigerated.
