Expressions of interest are invited from established caterers to enter in to a 5 year lease for new premises at the iCon Centre at Daventry.

The state of the art premises will include a Cafe/Restaurant, 300 seat conference auditorium, meetings & event rooms, public piazza and exhibition space. The building will also host 55 tenant businesses from the field of Environmental Innovation.

Opportunities will exist to exploit the fully equipped commercial kitchen to provide function, banqueting and external catering. The kitchen and cafe area have been designed and installed by leading kitchen design company, Catering Design Group.

Innovative and flexible operators are sought for this iconic development, with menu options that include the use of healthy, ethical and locally sourced ingredients with some emphasis on organic foods
