Caterer launches survey into drug and drink misuse

Caterer and Hotelkeeper is conducting a survey into the prevalence of drug and alcohol misuse in the hospitality industry.
We'd be grateful if you could take some time to complete a short, confidential questionnaire
Your feedback is very important and will provide the Caterer Group with valuable insight into this issue.
We can appreciate that this is a sensitive topic, so please be reassured that the responses you give will only be used in aggregate form and you will remain completely anonymous at all times.
To show our appreciation for your assistance, all responses received by 28 November will be entered into a draw with a first prize of £1,000. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
