LSO St Luke's has added caterer Mange to its preferred supplier list.
The venue is a restored 18th century church and home to the London Symphony Orchestra's music education programme, LSO Discovery.
Mange is expected to introduce a number of new healthy food concepts to the venue's conference market, using locally-courced seasonal ingredients where possible.
There will also be a focus on minimising the environmental impact of operations through the use of recycling as well as biodegradable, recyclable and compostable packaging.
Anthony Issroff, Mange managing director, commented: "Mange is based five minutes from the venue, which means tastings can be streamlined with site visits and also reduces the carbon footprint from the event due to the negligible delivery distance. We will also be waiving our delivery charge for events at LSO St Luke's given the proximity to the venue."
Mange services will be available for events taking place at the venue from January 2015.
