Catermasters wins £2.5m, three-year deal with RS Components

Catermasters has won a three-year catering contract with RS Components.

The two-site deal with the world's largest distributor of electronics and maintenance products is worth around £2.5m in total turnover. Catermasters takes over from the incumbent operator, Graysons Restaurants, next week.

The main RS Components site in Corby has more than 1,000 staff, with another 500 based at its unit in Nuneaton.

Paul Quested, UK general manager for RS Components, said: "Feedback from our staff made it clear that we needed to develop a healthier and more diverse catering offer - something that Catermasters really understood.

"We were impressed with their local sourcing policy and proactive approach to marketing the varied menus on offer."
