CEDA chairman Peter Kitchin calls for competition entries to win £60k kitchen

CEDA chairman Peter Kitchin has described Caterer and Hotelkeeper's competition to win a £60,000 kitchen upgrade as the biggest prize ever to be offered to the industry.

Caterer and Hotelkeeper, CEDA and Hotelympia organiser Fresh RM have organised the competition which entitles the winner to design advice, commissioning, installation and training plus equipment from a possible 16 supplier sponsors up to the value of £5,000 per supplier.

"This is a unique competition for our industry and I urge all caterers to enter. One lucky winner will walk away with a brand new kitchen or an upgrade of their existing kitchen worth £60k," said Kitchin.

Supplier sponsors include Foster Refrigerator, Dawson Foodservice Equipment and Charvet Premier Ranges and a selection of equipment will be on display during Hotelympia at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper stand (N1755) in the equipment hall.

Caterer and Hotelkeeper and CEDA will also be running an Advisory Buying Clinic for visitors to help them select equipment to best suit their needs. The clinic will provide a consultation and a recommended list of stands to visit. To book an appointment please e-mail: peterkay@ceda.co.uk

The closing date for competition entries is the 21 February and the winner will be notified by the 6 March.
