Celebrate British Food Fortnight with Caterer

Caterer wants professional chefs to send us your favourite recipes using only British ingredients.

The recipes could be your own take on British classic dishes or they could be your contemporary favourites created entirely from scratch.

Either way we are looking for inspirational dishes that we can celebrate and feature as part of our "We Love" British food, part of Caterer's celebration of British Food Fortnight.

British Food Fortnight, runs 23 September to 8 October. The festival is now in its fifth year and is the biggest national celebration of the diverse and delicious range of food that Britain produces.
