CESA conference speakers announced
British businessman Lord Digby Jones is among the line-up of speakers at the forthcoming 2011 Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) conference, it has been announced.
The event will have a theme focused on winning business. Business journalist and non-executive director of WorldSkills London 2011 Nadine Dereze will act as conference facilitator, while Falklands veteran Simon Weston will round up the conference.
Other speakers include:
• Sean Rickard, senior lecturer in business economics at Cranfield School of Management
• Ian Sarson, group managing director at Compass Group UK and Ireland
• Ufi Ibrahim, chief executive officer at the British Hospitality Association (BHA)
• Doug Fryett, Fryett Consulting
The CESA Conference is run in association with the FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) and, for the first time this year, the BHA.
CESA director Keith Warren said: "The support of these two key industry associations reflects the breadth, relevance and growing importance of the conference to all sectors of the industry - operators, suppliers, specifiers and consultants.
"It has become the key annual forum for the food service market."
