Charlie's Juice is a 100% unpasteurised, freshly squeezed orange juice from East Anglia wholesaler Charlie's Larder. Each litre is made with at least six fresh oranges, squeezed within eight hours of delivery. The company claims the process of pasteurisation - flash-heating to kill off any potentially harmful bacteria and create an extended shelf life - inhibits the taste, adding an acidic yet smooth after-flavour to the juice, and kills up to 20% of the naturally occurring vitamins and minerals in the juice. The unpasteurised freshly squeezed orange juice is available in two sizes - 250ml and one litre.
