Charlton House on course to hit 2006 targets

Contract caterer Charlton House saw turnover increase 15% year-on-year to £44.6m in the twelve months to 30 September.

The independent reiterated it remained on course to best this in 2006 with turnover forecast to hit a record £53m.

Chairman and finance director of Charlton House Tim Jones said: "Sales performance in the first month of our new financial year alone presents a very encouraging outlook for the coming year."

The caterer currently has more than 130 contracts and employs 1,250 people.
