Charlton House promotes Graham Douglas to director of operations

Charlton House has promoted operations manager Graham Douglas (pictured) to the role of director of operations within its business and industry arm in recognition of his contribution to the business.
In addition, the independent caterer has appointed Alison Brown as operations manager, reporting to Douglas. She has a background in contract catering including similar positions at Just Deli and Blue Apple.
