Charlton House wins three-year deal with Fuller, Smith & Turner

Charlton House has won a three-year staff catering contract with London brewery Fuller, Smith & Turner.

Worth £200,000 a year, a team of five Charlton House employees will deliver breakfast, lunch and hospitality services to the 337 people on site as part of the contract, which kicked off last month.

The caterer has provided a design for a refurbishment of the staff restaurant The Stables at the historic Griffin Brewery, Chiswick, occupied by Fuller's since 1845.

Steve Wishart, operations manager for Charlton House, said the busiest service of the day is breakfast.

"We start the service at 5.30am to facilitate the brewery workers and draymen. We don't finish service until after 6pm as we stay open to cater for office staff," he explained.

"There is a real sense of history on site but our food offer is contemporary, healthy food at its very best."

Fran Howell, group purchasing manager for Fuller's, added: "We understand the importance of looking after all our employees, which is why we wanted a caterer with the same pride and passion for quality standards."
