CH&Co Group's Lusso, Ampersand and Chester Boyd brands have joined forces to launch the company's first chef recruitment day.
The event, which aims to fill current vacancies across the firm's sites in the capital, will take place on Wednesday 1 June between 3pm and 8pm.
Those who successfully demonstrate a passion for food and high standards will be selected to attend the chef recruitment day for the face-to-face selection process.
The day will consist of three stages - a ‘speed-dating style interview', a trade test and a one-to-one debrief.
The trade will challenge the skills and creativity of the chefs, who will be asked to prepare a dish from a selection of ingredients within 20 minutes.
In the debrief session, successful chefs will be put in touch with site managers, while those that do not make the grade will be given constructive feedback.

CH&Co Group employs nearly 5,000 people and operates at more than 450 locations across the UK and Ireland.
