Contract caterer CH&Co has launched a new reception-services brand which aims to teach London's top-flight and professional firms how best to "meet and greet" their guests.
The new brand, which is called Via360, aims to train clients in all aspects of managing a guest's journey in and out of the building, from a warm welcome when they arrive to a considerate goodbye, according to Via360 operations director Glenn Mumford.
"We have developed a proven service model which is more in line with the intuitive responses of an upscale boutique hotel than a five-star chain concept," he said.
Tim Jones, chairman of CH&Co, said: "Launching this new brand makes perfect sense at this time. With the solid foundations of CH&Co to support Via360, we are able to offer clients a wealth of hospitality experience as well as the expertise and investment to introduce leading-edge technology, vital for a seamless service."
Via360 will work with all the teams involved in running a building and will include:
â- Meeting room services with "technology assist"
â- "First impression" design services - to include lobby, flowers, decor, uniforms
â- HR and training
â- Bespoke innovations
