Chef-friendly chargrill from Falcon Foodservice

The new Falcon G2625 radiant chargrill is marketed as the most chef-friendly chargrill available. Its new radiant design provides a larger cooking area of 560mm x 630mm, which provides even cooking no matter where the food is positioned, allowing chefs to make full use of the space. Two features keep down smoke levels in the kitchen - a double-sided brander bar that eliminates excessive flaring and smoke and the use of gas-fired steel radiants to remove the need for charcoal. The chargrill has two double burners, energy-efficient variable heat control, a removable splashguard, and a removable front tray to collect grease. It has a total rating of 17kW (58,000btu per hour) and measures 614mm high x 600mm wide x 770mm deep.
