Depends on my mood - in London it's Song Que, in Cornwall it's Nathan Outlaw

In London, the Hoxton hotel

Guinness and red wine

Baby veg

Are there any foods/ingredients that you refuse to cook with? If so, why?

A lot of foraged foods, as I don't like the taste, apart from seaweed
