Chestnut pudding

Ingredients

125g butter
125g sugar
75g chestnut purée
2 eggs
2 yolks
100g flour
50g chestnut pieces

Method

Butter and sugar dariole mould. Cream butter chestnut purée and sugar. Add eggs and yolks. Fold in flour and chestnut pieces. Steam for 20 minutes.
