Churchill Services Group buys Pride Catering Partnership

Churchill Services Group has snapped up Pride Catering Partnership for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition comes as Churchill seeks to expand its service offer, which includes cleaning, security, pest control and waste management.

Pride, which was formed in 1998, operates within education, senior living and business & industry in London and the South East. It will remain as an individual operating company within the Churchill Group and all current senior management are expected to remain with the company.

Churchill described the acquisition as a natural fit for both businesses, enabling a stronger market share and service offer.

Joel Briggs, group managing director, Churchill Services Group, commented: "A seamless transition for all clients and staff is the number one priority as we look forward to a prosperous and exciting future.
