City caterer Lusso partners with Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers

City caterer Lusso has teamed up with Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers, who will create hospitality fine-dining menus inspired by his Restaurant Story.

This is the second collaboration with a celebrated restaurant chef for Lusso's parent company CH&Co Group, which announced a partnership between its Ampersand Events brand and Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous earlier this year.

Dubbed Tom Sellers, Signature for Lusso, the menu will be available to Lusso clients offering hospitality to guests when it launches this autumn.

Sample dishes, many of which are available at Restaurant Story in London SE1, include canapés of cod skin, smoked cod's roe and gin botanicals; starters of quail lollipop with hazelnut and truffle; main courses of venison loin, roasted cauliflower, yeast and red cabbage; and desserts of pumpkin, cardamom and burnt clementine.

Prior to launching Restaurant Story in April 2013, Sellers worked with the likes of Tom Aikens, Thomas Keller at French Laundry in California and René Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen.

The caterer described Sellers as the "perfect partner" to bring more imaginative food to its clients. Prior to launching the menu, Lusso chefs will train in Restaurant Story in order to fully understand the dishes.

Commenting on the collaboration, Lusso managing director Paul Hurren said: "We could not have found a better partner. Lusso and Tom share similar culinary ambitions. His menu is stunning and I know our clients will be blown away."

Lusso currently has more than 100 chefs serving 14,000 meals a day at 35 sites for blue chip clients working in accountancy, banking and barristers' chambers and law firms. It is the fine-dining catering brand for the newly formed CH&Co Group, which was created in May when CH&Co merged with HCM Group.
