35ml blanco Tequila (Herradura)
15ml triple sec
15ml fresh lime juice
For garnish Dash fresh lemon juice
1tsp sugar syrup
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker in the order listed above. Fill with cubed ice and shake well. To salt the rim of the glass, wipe a lime wedge around half the rim and the outside of the glass just below this. Dip the glass into a saucer of rock salt at an angle so that the salt coats the side of the glass as well as the rim. Fill the glass with fresh cubed ice and double-strain the drink over the ice. Float a few small strips of lime zest on the top and serve.
