At present they generate much of their revenue through their retail unit, around 76%. The remaining proportion is the result of the outside catering business our client has operated over the last 21 years. This side of the company has significant room for growth as to date there has been minimal investment and marketing undertaken to allow this arm of the company to reach its full potential.
