Craft Guild of Chefs auctioning ‘golden ticket' to Universal Cookery Food Festival
The Craft Guild of Chefs (CGC) is auctioning a ‘golden ticket' to the Universal Cookery Food Festival (UCFF) in aid of the organisation's charity Benevolent Fund.
The winning bidder will receive two entry tickets with behind the scenes access to the demonstration chefs as well as meals for two at three top restaurants.
Personalised signed books by Paul Cunningham and the Future Kitchen Chefs, and an afternoon in the festival's Food Bunker to witness cutting edge cooking techniques also make up the auction lot.
