Creativevents appoints new business development director

Creativevents has appointed Zoë Watts as business development director.

Tasked with building the client base of Creative Taste, the firm's heritage and visitor attractions division, Watts joins the business from her most recent role as head of business development at Company of Cooks.

Prior experience includes a stint as head of events and catering at the Natural History Museum as well a member of the original team that set up the catering service at Tate Modern and Tate Britain.

Adrian Willson, Creativevents managing director commented: "Zoë will focus primarily on developing new opportunities for Creative Taste and building on the firm foundations that are in-place for this exciting part of the business.

"She will be a huge asset to us supporting the continued growth of Creativevents as well as promoting the company in the wider marketplace."

Watts added: "Creativevents has an enviable reputation for boosting revenue generation for its clients and I relish the opportunity to work with the team to build our presence in the cultural sector.

"Really great visitor and event catering can significantly enhance the visitor experience as well as the reputation and profile of a heritage organisation."

Creative Taste was launched by Creativevents at the start of the year and recently won a six-year contract with Dulwich Picture Gallery worth £3.8m.
