Cucina Restaurants retains Stockley Academy contract

School foodservice firm Cucina Restaurants has retained its contract at Stockley Academy in Hillingdon, Middlesex.

The contract extension will last three years and is worth an estimated £509,573 over two years.

Cucina managing director Steve Quinn said that the company was "thrilled" to be continuing the partnership.

Stockley Academy, a state-funded independent school, takes students from age 11 to 18, with around 180 new students taken in every year.

Cucina provides catering services for schools across the country, with recent wins including deals with St Catherine's Catholic College in Kent and a contract with Goffs School in Cheshunt Hertfordshire worth £1.2m.

Quinn also recently opened a restaurant in Oxford, named the Oxford Kitchen, with co-owner and director Sam Davies. It has a fine-dining space as well as a more family-friendly area.
