Deep-fried salmon
Ingredients
(makes 6)
6 x 1oz salmon fillet
1oz tempura flour
70 ml rice vinegar
carrots
red onions
1 lime
ginger
lemon grass
1tsp sugar
1tsp salt
Method
Fry the salmon in oil with tempura flour. Boil rice vinegar salt sugar sliced carrots sliced red onions slices of lime with ginger and lemon grass for 10 mins. Then add fried salmon and boil for a further 2 mins. Cool and refrigerate.
