Delaware UK opens new events space and restaurant at Manchester Airport

Delware North Companies UK has opened a new restaurant and coffee house at Manchester Airport Runway Visitor Park.

The Concorde Restaurant & Coffee House is now open after a seven-week, £300,000 refurbishment, including a remodel of the interior and a brand new kitchen.

The hangar's interior decoration includes an original Concorde plane, which aims to offer an unusual events backdrop large enough for over 400 guests.

More than 330,000 people visit the Runway Visitor Park every year, for occasions such as corporate evenings, charity dinners, and weddings.

Delaware North Companies provides foodservice and hospitality for a host of sports, gaming, racing and travel venues, as well as parks and resorts. The UK division's other operations include Wembley Stadium and the Emirates Stadium, as well as airports at Heathrow, Glasgow, East Midlands and Edinburgh.
