Designline Chilled Displays by CED

Designed for building into servery runs or within counters, Designline Chilled Displays have been introduced by CED in four formats: cold wells in four sizes for mounting in self-help or assisted-service counters six sizes of cold deli and multilevel deli units for assisted-service application, in one- and two-tier versions a cold multideck version for self-help application with fixed back for use in a rear wall-mounted counter, or with rear doors (units come with a 40mm tall point-of-sale ticket display strip as standard) and two models of cold-island well for self-help application within island counters.

Units are designed to operate at temperatures between 0°C and 5°C, with an eye-level, gantry-mounted digital temperature display and tamper-proof temperature controls. Other standard features include a modular removable deck plate system and automatic water evaporation. The triphosphor gantry lighting is claimed to enhance natural product colour while requiring 10-35% less energy than fluorescent lighting.
