DFS contract brings new business for Olive Catering to £1.5m
Olive Catering has opened £1.5m of new business including a contract win with DFS in Doncaster.
The caterer picked up the rolling contract after a competitive tender process in which it demonstrated what it could offer with its Healthy Life approach to foodservice.
A team of 12 will deliver breakfast, lunch, vending and hospitality services to around 400 DFS staff.
Phil Johnson, facilities and services manager for DFS, said: "Olive brought something different to the table. Their innovative vision for our catering services was clearly on a different level to their competition."
Olive co-founder and head of sales Damon Brown added: "Winning the contract with DFS is a terrific coup for us and we are both excited and delighted to be partnering with them.
"I believe our great start to the year is down to the quality food offer, innovative service, creativity and sheer hard work of all our dedicated team members."
The DFS contract is one of five new openings with an annual turnover value of £1.5m.
