Airport retailing is one of the core business activities of Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) both in Ireland and overseas. DAA is seeking Expressions of Interest for Retail and Food and Beverage opportunities at Dublin Airport.
Dublin Airport is one of the fastest growing airports in Europe:
- 187 destinations worldwide
- 23.5 million passengers in 2008
- Growing by 1 million a year for the past 10 years
- Planned 30 million passengers by 2018
The current capital development programme at Dublin Airport is the largest infrastructure project in Ireland and includes the extension to our existing terminal which opens in 2009 and Terminal 2, the new passenger terminal opening 2010. Terminal 2 is the centerpiece of our development programme and will offer significant retail opportunities.
We are inviting applications from both national and international brands, prestige and high-street retailers; mainstream propositions to unusual boutiques and specialist stores.Together they will bring vitality to the customer experience.
Expression of Interest submissions should include an outline proposal for the business model including target audience, turnover in your existing business, current locations and company structure.
