Caterers can add duck to their menus with the help of a quintet of new pre-prepared packs from Cherry Valley. The line-up includes a multi-pack of four pre-steamed confit marinated duck legs that are sold in cases of 10 packs packs of two honey-roasted half crown ducks (10 to the case) and duckling à l'orange, which is supplied in cases of six packs that each contain two roasted duck legs served in an orange sauce. The crispy Peking duck option marries a whole, boneless duck with pancakes and hoisin sauce in cases of eight, while the Oriental meal selection brings together four duck breast meal pouches (two in plum sauce and two in hoisin) with a selection of Chinese-style vegetables. These are sold six packs to the case.
