East Point Pavilion, Lowestoft: Prominent seafront restaurant/café/retail opportunity

The council invites interest from restaurants, cafés and retail operators to lease the whole or part of this iconic building on the seafront.

This popular tourist location is close to the town centre and benefits from a large public car park. The building offers around 520 sqm (5,600 sqft) of catering/retail opportunity, is partially fitted out and benefits from fully fitted toilets. The council is keen to secure interest from a range of restaurateurs including Asian, English, Italian and American-style operators who could work with the council to create a new seafront/late night venue.
