Elior was also recognised for making its employees feel "confident and supported at all times".
John McEwen, managing director of Elior EIS, accepted the award on behalf of the company. He said: "This statement reflects our values and ideals within Elior and we will continue to engage positively and proactively with local colleges and training providers to secure the best training.
"Apprenticeships make a significant and positive contribution to Elior and its customers. They play an enormous part in providing those skills we need to build a successful business by helping get young people into work, boosting productivity and improving competitiveness."
As well as the company award, Elior employee Richard Brown, a chef at Westbury RCB, was awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award for the drive, ambition and technical skills shown over his three-year hospitality/professional cookery level 3 training.
