Under the terms of the three-year deal, hosting company [Savvis will host 16 applications for Elior, including its e-mail, EPoS, restaurant back office and management and information systems, as well as its web services.

He said: "We need a robust and scalable infrastructure that will allow us to be more responsive to customer demands and at the same time focus our IT resources on the development of additional business applications."
