Eloma's Genus Touch combis from Falcon
Genius Touch is the newest generation of Genius combi-steamers from German maker Eloma. The five models sport a new, simplified graphics-based and colour-coded control system (based on nine menu groups) that incorporates Windows functions and can store 300 recipes. Genius Touch ovens incorporate all the standard and energy-saving features of the Genius range - such as the Live Steam system, auto clean, safety probe, cleaning shower and patented Multi-Eco condensation hood - and come in energy-saving natural gas and propane gas options. The smallest, six-rack model measures 840mm high x 925mm wide x 805mm deep and the largest, 40-rack model 1,925mm x 1,310mm x 1,086mm.Prices range from £6,925 to £23,315 (electric) and £9,110 to £26,070 (gas).
