Entries are invited for the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Equipment & Supplies Excellence Awards 2009. The awards recognise innovation and enterprise in the development of professional catering equipment and supplies which make such a vital contribution to successful food service operations.
There are 15 categories in total:
- Ancillary equipment (eg insect control, water treatment etc)
- Beverage making and dispense
- Combi ovens, steamers, microwaves
- Crockery, cutlery and glassware
- Food display and bar installations
- Food preparation, cookware and kitchen gadgets
- Green award (offering energy efficient/eco-friendly benefits)
- Grills, griddles, barbecues and toasters
- Hygiene and waste management
- Ranges, fryers and ovens
- Best installation case study
- Best maintenance case study
The closing date for entries is 31 October 2008 after which our panel of judges will assess each one for innovation and significant advances in design.
