Entries still open for The Caterer's Product Excellence Awards 2016

If you are a manufacturer, producer or supplier of food, drink or equipment then the 2016 Product Excellence Awards organised by The Caterer are the awards to enter.

Warren Mansfield-Smith of Testo Limited, a 2015 winner, said: "It felt fantastic when the Testo 270 cooking oil tester won the Product Excellence Award in the Food Preparation category last year. The recognition and comments from the judges have really supported our efforts in marketing the product and raising the awareness of how important it is to check the quality of cooking oil."

Lisa Jenkins, products and suppliers editor of The Caterer, added: "Our Product Excellence Awards provide a stage for all the exemplary product innovation in our industry.

"It gives us the opportunity to recognise the research and development, the investment and sheer determination that is involved in the creation and launch of thousands of products introduced into hospitality every year."

Innovation, sustainability and energy-saving credentials were recognised in the 2015 roll call of winners, with a host of companies recognised, including Santa Maria Foodservice, Bidvest Foodservice, Premier Cheese, MÁ¶venpick, Kimbo UK, Woodall's, Testo, MKN and Irinox.

The 2016 awards evening will be held at Westminster Kingsway College, London on 1 December and provides an opportunity for the suppliers and manufacturers behind the shortlisted products to get together and celebrate their success.
